convenient location local restaurants inviting pools early check
The hotel had a convenient location near local restaurants. I walked easily to Igls Bf in minutes. The two swimming pools were very inviting and the sauna was also nice. I appreciated that I could check in one hour early.

The staff was very helpful! I needed assistance with directions and they provided clear instructions! The location is near public transportation. A bus stop is close by.
The elevator was a little slow. I sometimes used the stairs.

The half board was amazing. It was such a great value.
The room was too hot when I arrived. It was 18 degrees Celsius outside, but it seemed like 30 degrees inside. It was very uncomfortable. The rooms were not clean enough and quite basic with their facilities.

limited parking generic food
i found the parking situation less than ideal. the hotel seemed to have a limited number of spaces. i had to park a bit away from the entrance (which wasn't great with luggage). the restaurant food was also a bit of a letdown. it felt quite generic, certainly not worth the price.
